Shampoo Review

As Rocky is not getting full baths too often and only if it's really necessary, I was not able to actually use all the shampoos yet.
However, I have smelled all the shampoos and they smell great! As I am not a big fan of herby smelling shampoos (many dog shampoos do however smell herby), I was very happy with the Fruity Shampoo range because they really do smell fruity! I also especially liked the fresh smell of the Tawny & Brown Coat Shampoo.

I think it's great that there is a huge variety of shampoos available that are each created for a different purpose. There is for example anti-itching shampoo, repairing shampoo, volumizing shampoo and insect-repellend shampoo, as well as colour enhancing shampoos for black & dark coats, grey coats, tawny & brown coats, and white coats. So there is a Dog Generation shampoo for every coat and colour.

Another thing that I really like is that this shampoo has to be diluted before using it on the pet. When using it, 1 volume of shampoo has to be mixed with either 2 or 3 volumes of water (this is instructed on the back of each shampoo!) in order to obtain a total of 3 or 4 volumes of the solution. I think this procedure makes it actually easier to put the shampoo solution onto the dogs fur rather than directly applying the shampoo.

So overrall, I think the Dog Generation shampoo ranges are great.

 

 

   

Dog Generation Jojoba Oil Detangling Conditioner

Description of the Dog Generation Jojoba Oil Detangling Conditioner: "The creamy texture of the Jojoba conditioner contains all necessary properties to take care of long hair. The formula has been especifically designed to remove static electricity and to ease the untangling process by straightening hair capsules.
Enriched with jojoba oil, it keeps the coat moisturised and reduces excesses of sebum.
Especially recommended for Yorkshire, Afghan Hound, Shih Tzu, Lhasa Apso …"

Ingredients: Aqua / Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Behentrimonium Chloride, Methoxy PEG/PPG-7/3 Aminopropyl Dimethicone, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Simmondsia Chinesis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Diazolidinyl Urea, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Parfum / Fragrance, Linalool.

Review: I think that the conditioner is great for long-coated dogs as I can see how untangling and managing the long hair can be difficult. I however think that the conditioner is not necessary for short haired dogs per se.

The Jojoba Oil Detangling Conditioner does nevertheless smell very pleasant.

Like the shampoos, the Jojoba Oil Detangling Conditioner has to be diluted using 1 volume of conditioner and 2 volumes of water in order to obtain a total of 3 volumes of the solution. Again, I really like this, as it makes it a lot easier to massage into the dogs fur.

So overall, I think it's a good product, but rather needed for long-haired dog breeds.

 

 

 

"Oh My Dog!" Cleaning Wipes

Review: Over time I have become a fan of cleaning wipes. I just love how easy cleaning wipes are to use and rather than having to bath the whole dog, you can simply clean the areas that are dirty.

Even though the Oh My Dog! Cleaning Wipes can be used on the whole body, I have only used them on the ears and the paws, as those only really needed cleaning.

The smell is very pleasant even though I find it a bit strong at first. However, after the package is opened for a while the fragrance does decrease.

Overall, I think cleaning wipes are great as they are easy and quick to use without having to give a whole body bath to your dog.

Ingredients of the "Oh My Dog!" Perfume: Alcohol Denat. (SD Alcohol 39-C), Aqua (Water), Parfum (Fragrance), PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Ethylparaben, Butylparaben, BHT.

Review: I think that the Doogy Magnet Mascot is cute and a fun idea as a gift.
As the Doogy is magnetic it can be attached to all sort of magnetic surfaces. It is also bendy so you can place it in different positions.
About the perfume; I have tried it on myself and it does smell very lovely. However, I personally don't like to have perfume on my dog as I love his natural sweet scent.
So overall, I think it's generally a fun little gift even though dog parfumes are not for us.
 
 
 
Overall Review

Overall I think the ChaDog Diffusion products are great. The brands Dog Generation and Oh My Dog! have a great variety of products available, and I especially like the shampoos and cleaning wipes.
The delivery was also very fast. I received my package within 4 days which I think is very quick considering it came from France.
So all in all, the products are great and delivery is super fast.

We have received a few BBD Pet Products which included the plain brown leather Collar and matching brown leather Lead, the black/silver Mountain Trigger Lead, the red Vinyl Dumbell toy and the Latex Chicken toy.

Plain Leather Collar and matching Lead

The plain Leather Collar comes with sewn detailing and chrome metalware. It is available in 6 different colours; black, brown, pink, blue, red and tan, and it comes in 6 different sizes; 1/2" X 10" - 12", 1/2" X 12" - 14",  3/4" X 14" - 16", 3/4" X 16" - 18",  1" X 18" - 21" and 1" X 21" - 24".

The collar can also come with a matching Leather Lead with detailed stitching and chrome metal ware in either black, brown, pink, blue, red or tan. It is available in 3 different sizes; 1/2" X 40" ,  3/4" X 40" and 1" X 40".

Review: I think the leather collar and lead are great quality. The collar fitted Rocky really well and it looks very good on him. The lead is very nice to hold and I especially like the sewn detailing on it.
The only thing that I have to say is that the lead is quite short. For a big dog the length would be absolutely fine, but for small dogs I would prefer the lead to be longer.

Mountain Trigger Lead

The Mountain Trigger Lead measures 1/2" X 48" and comes in 6 different collars; black/silver, tan/choc, olive/tan, purple/lilac, red/gold and pink/blue.

Review: I really like the design of the Mountain Trigger lead. Even though I chose the black/silver one I think the other colours are also great. The leash has also a nice lenght as it is slightly longer than the leather lead.
The snap hook is however quite big and bulky which I have totally misjudged about this lead. So this lead is rather suitable for bigger dogs than smaller dogs. But otherwise it's a brilliant product.

Vinyl Dumbell Toy

The Vinyl Dumbell toy is available in red or in white.

Review: Rocky immediately liked the red Dumbell toy. As I started to squeak it he started to play bark at it straight away as you can see in the picture. It's definitely a fun little toy for Rocky.

 

Latex Chicken Toy

The Latex Chicken toy is moulded from quality latex and is available in 2 different sizes; Small and Large.

Review: Rocky was a bit timid when it came to the Chicken toy and he seemed to find it a bit dodgy. I think he was scared of the high pitch squeak even though he usually likes squeakers. He for sure liked the Dumbell toy better. I think it's a fun looking toy but the squeak is a bit too high pitch and load for me.

 

Overall Review

I think BBD Pet Products are doing a great job in producing good pet products at very competitive prices. I especially like their leather collars and leads which are also available in a lot more designs/colours. In addition, delivery was super quick.

Overall Review

I am very pleasantly surprised about the PS Pet Tags. Delivery was super fast and I think it's absolutely brilliant that PS Pet Tags offer free delivery worldwide for their tags! 

The quality of the Pet Tags is superb. The writing on the back is very clear and I especially like that the tags are 100% waterproof. The free silencer is also very beneficial as it not only protects the edges of the tag, but also stops the tags from jingling.

It's great that a wide variety of different designs are available and they also offer medical/informative pet tags as those are not as easy to find. I think it's also an excellent service that PS Pet Tags offer personalised pet tag designs if someone should want something special and individual

The Small Heart Rhinestone Rubit! Dog Tag Clip

The Small Heart Rhinestone Rubit! Dog Tag Clip is available in 4 different colours; Red, Silver, Pink and Purple, and features 6 Rhinestone Crystals. It's size is 22mm in diameter. Overall Reveiw:

I think the Rubit! Dog Tag Clips are great. They are a neat little clip which makes it very easy to switch ID tags between different collars and harnesses. The Rubit! Dog Clips in size small are also perfect for small dogs like Rocky! I find the Small Curve Clip and the Small Heart Rhinestone Clip equally good and easy to handle.

I also like that the Rubit! Dog Tag Clip is available in a variety of colours, even though Purple would have not been my chosen colour for Rocky.

Overall I think the Rubit! Dog Tag Clips are excellent!
